LINGJING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. provides this website and model gateway. Depending on the feature, processing involves account/contact information, orders and transaction identifiers, API usage and request IDs, security logs, submitted prompts, responses and support communications.
Purposes and providers
Information supports authentication, request processing, billing reconciliation, security and support. Model content goes to the relevant model provider; infrastructure and payment providers process information needed for their services. Filtering metadata does not anonymize prompts. We do not sell personal information or promise universal zero retention or exclusion from training by every provider.
Storage, retention and transfers
Cloud processing may take place in Singapore or regions used by the relevant providers. Cross-border handling must meet applicable data protection requirements. Operational, security, accounting and dispute records are retained for their purposes and legal requirements. Account deletion may not immediately erase transaction records that must be retained.
Security and browser storage
The website can store your language preference in your browser; account services use necessary login and security mechanisms. Protect keys, limit client file access and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Clearing a language preference does not delete your account or transactions. Security measures cannot eliminate every risk.
Requests and contact
Contact contact@lingjing.win about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or privacy complaints. Identity verification may be necessary; legal retention requirements and exceptions still apply. Do not email passwords or complete API keys.
